This Bold Life: Adrienne Cheatham
We dream of having a test kitchen open to the public. Similar to breweries with tap rooms, walk up customers could buy pops and hang out. Our process would be on display. You would see us hand pureeing our fruit and meticulously watching and stirring the vanilla custard to make sure nothing burned. There would be laughter and kitchen dances. So much of the magic happens before we place the pops on the camper.
Adrienne Cheatham is the Chef de Cuisine at the Red Rooster in New York City. We love the way this New York Times short film highlights her craft and character and how the two inform her work as a chef. Like our ice pops, so much of the Adrienne's magic happens behind the scenes long before we sit at the table.
